By Road:From the M3 southbound, join the M27 East (signed for Portsmouth and Fareham). Exit M27 at Junction 9 for Whiteley. Take the third exit at the roundabout into Parkway. Forum One is the first building on the left.

From the M27 West, exit at Junction 9 towards Whiteley and continue as above.

By Air:Southampton International Airport is situated at Junction 5 of the M27, seven miles from ITV Meridian. Taxis are readily available and the journey will take approximately 15 minutes.

By Rail:The nearest mainline station is Southampton Airport Parkway (see above). For local travel, Swanwick station is a five-minute taxi journey from Meridian.

By Road: Leave M20 at Junction 7 and take the A249 signposted Maidstone. After 100m, turn left at the next roundabout signposted TV Studios. Turn right at the next roundabout, and then right again after another 200m into the studio complex.

By Rail: The nearest station is Maidstone East, which has good connections to London Victoria. Maidstone Studios are a short taxi ride away.
