Ingredients:
10 finger sized bits of white fish (boned skinned)
Mix the below
Chopped parsley
Lemon zest
Lime zest
Chopped macadamia nuts
Chopped cashew nuts
Chopped dill
Roll the bits of fish in the mix and fry in a frying pan with some oil and butter, 45 seconds on each side and remove to kitchen paper.

2 cups split green peas
Water to cover
Butter
Salt
White pepper
Cook the peas until very soft, drain very well and blend in a blender till smooth, add butter salt and pepper.

Chopped parsley
Lemon juice
½ cup chopped gherkins
¼ cup chopped capers
1 white onion chopped
Mix the lot.
